  • Conclusion: The lens is undeniably a big success. I admit I really had to struggle to find any faults with it and I endeavoured to write about the adapter for the cap and the filter. - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - advertisement - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - In all other categories the lens had results from “good” to “outstanding”.

  • Excerpt: The Hyper-Sonic Motor (HSM) not only makes the autofocus practically silent but it also means that Nikon D-SLRs without built-in motors can still use autofocus mode. The autofocus itself was quick and precise, with no signs of hunting or sluggishness and the photos it produced were sharp. The design is fairly large and heavy but this makes it feel sturdy and the Sigma EX coating makes for a really high-quality finish.

Sigma 10 mm Fisheye

  • Summary: Choosing a Sigma SD1 Merrill means choosing an oroginal camera. You make a very conscious choice for photography with a vision. In this picture, a Sigma 10 mm Fisheye would fit well. A fisheye lens has a very recognizable character. It takes creativity from a photographer to get more out of it than an occasional spectacular effect. However, if you are capable of this, you have a loyal companion in this diagonal fisheye, which delivers high image quality.
  • Pros: High resolution, Typically Fisheye character, Angle of 180 degrees, Built like a tank
  • Cons: Typical Fisheye character, Highly visible chromatic aberration

  • Summary: We wszystkich innych kategoriach obiektyw uzyskał wyniki od dobrych do świetnych.
