I LIKE IT. WORKS EXCELLENT ON MY CANON T4i CAMERA.

  • Summary: IT IS NOT A PROFESSIONAL REVIEW. IF YOU NEED ONE, THERE ARE MANY OF THEM IN OTHER SITES. I really like the lens. Fits excellent with my Canon T4i Camera Since this lens doesn't have an "IS" feature, maybe you have to consider a tripod or to take a strong position during your shooting.

Outstanding lens

24 July 2014
  • Excerpt: This lens is more than I ever expected. The focal lengths are perfect for property photos and a fast lens correction in Lightroom puts everything into place. I love the fixed 3.5 and the 10mm. I have no problems with the SB800 flash providing enough light and coverage. The 82mm lens size is a lot of exposed glass so none of my other filters fit. Get what you need for filters when you order the lens so your ready to go when it arrives.

My favorite lens!

STPJimmy, Amazon
15 July 2014
  • Summary: This lens is amazing! I have several Canon L Series lenses, but I decided to buy this for my wide angle needs as I just wasn't willing to pay the extra cost for the L series, and I think this one had the zoom range I was looking for. I'm sooo glad I didn't. This lens is amazing. I use it for professional photo and video in Chicago, and it is a major game changer. I bought this thinking I would upgrade to L series at some point, but after using it there is just no need...

Maybe not really worth the money

Jansune, B&H Photo
14 July 2014
  • Excerpt: Great lens for architecture. As it is very soft in the corners at 3.5, I could really manage with Sigma's cheaper lens.
  • Pros: Easily Interchangeable, Fast / accurate auto-focus
  • Cons: Heavy
