Very nice lens

The Wizard, B&H Photo
24 March 2014
  • Excerpt: This lens should have more than 5 stars, its not in the same league as "normal" glass (nor is the price). Without utilizing any tilt or shift function its sharper than my 50mm f/1.2, if that's possible. Using tilt and shift at the extremes, nearly as sharp, very little fall off. I have rented the canon L tilt shifts and the construction, design, and functionality of the Schneider are totally in another class.

Schneider PC Super-Angulon

Clarence Butts, Amazon
7 December 2012
  • Summary: I so wanted this lens to work for me. I've heard good things about Schneider Lenses so I decided to rent this lens first. Thank God I did. Wonderful Sharpness, distortion and all that. But when you go to put a filter on the front of the lens, you can't manually focus the lens at infinity. The threads retract into the body. I found myself trying to shoot the Great Hall in the Library of Congress. Blazing window light and super dark foreground.

Unbelievable Sharpness and Contrast

Paul Cousins, Amazon
14 July 2010
  • Summary: This lens is so sharp you might even cut yourself with it! If your photography application requires any kind of shift movement from your lens, such as architecture, this lens is a must have in your camera bag. I use it exclusively when I photograph buildings to correct for converging verticles and it never ceases to amaze. Low distortion and as mentioned, incredible sharpness and contrast. Two thumbs way up!
