  • Excerpt: At such a price you can't expect everything and as such, it's manual focus only and the aperture has to be set via the aperture ring on the lens, rather than through the camera. That means you'll need to shoot in Manual mode.

  • Conclusion: The Samyang 8mm f/3.5 CS Fisheye is certainly a more than welcome addition to the Sony NEX system. The near-stereographic projection doesn't look quite as extreme as in conventional fisheye lenses despite the similar field-of-view so its applications are in fact broader.

  • Summary: To świetna wiadomość dla wszystkich osób zainteresowanych zakupem tego rodzaju instrumentu i zła dla osób handlujących białoruskim Pelengiem 3.5/8 mm, którego ceny ostatnio osiągnęły poziom zupełnie nie odpowiadający jego własnościom optycznym.
  • Pros: dobra jakość wykonania,, zastosowanie trudnego w wykonaniu lecz dobrego dla zdjęć odwzorowania stereograficznego,, świetna jakość obrazu w centrum kadru,, bardzo dobra jakość obrazu na brzegu kadru,, stosunkowo dobrze korygowana koma,, niewielki astygmatyzm,, małe winietowanie.
