Summary: This review will be very brief and to the point without really discussing technical details, from the standpoint of how I use this lens. I have multiple Samsung NX1's and I do videography and photography for events, weddings, personal portfolios, etc. My primary lenses for this role are the Samsung NX 16-50mm f/2.0-2.8 S Series and this Movie Pro 18-200mm.
Summary: Good product, bought these lens for the Samsung NX 11 camera as a substitution for the kit lens. Very happy with their performance, fast lens, great colors, sharpness, quality of photographs are fantastic. Use them in different situations and for different shooting patterns (macro, landscape, motion pictures, video, sports, wildlife zooming, panoramas). In every situation lens performs very well, no problems. Recommended.
Good Zoom Lens but Not Really Great for Traveling with Mirrorless Camera

Summary: I have a Nikon D3100 with 18-200mm zoom lens. The camera and lens are great but it's too big and heavy for my business trips. Therefore, I decide to purchase the Samsung NX1000 because of the size and quality. I read good reviews of this lens and decide to purchase it as my travel lens for the NX1000 (sometimes, changing lens is not convenience on business travel.) The lens is good, zoom range is great, and the image is sharp in both picture and movies.
Summary: I originally purchased Samsung NX10 with the kit lens 18-55 and a longer zoom 50-200 as the camera for travel. For the money I paid I'm happy with the kit and quality of images. I shoot only RAW. The kit was with me through Europe and never failed. When I saw this new lens 18-200 mm I thought that it will be a great replacement for my two older lenses. So far I'm pleased with the results. Fast autofocus, sharp. I love the fact that its made in Japan.
