Summary: I haven't had a lot of chances to use it but took some great Christmas pictures and some outdoor stuff. I didn't expect much because I'm accustomed to the excellent SMC Takumar fixed lenses on my 35mm. This lens seemed too light and inexpensive to really perform. However, I've been pleasantly surprised - it takes great pictures. I don't have a good basis of comparison for focusing quickness, etc, but based on limited experience, it's definitely a keeper!
Summary: This is a very nice lens. I use it with a K100 and have had no problems. For the price, you can't go wrong. The auto focus is as quick as my DA16-45. There is some blue aborations in high contrast areas.
Summary: This lens has a great quality for the money you can spend. It has nice sharpness, and a great zoom. The autofocus is some times a little bit slow when low light conditions apears, but it has a great job on daylight. This is not an indoor lens, but it helps if you have good flash. The lens mount is plastic, so you need to handle with care, but generaly the lens quality is nice.
Pros: Good Value, Nice telephoto range, The price is the better
Summary: I enjoy taking pictures and was looking for a lense that could be used in all around photography inside and out. this lense produces one of the sharpest images I have ever seen and focus responce is very quick. Don't hesitate to purchase this lense if you are looking to photograph inside or out. You won't be disappointed.
Pros: Consistent Output, Durable, Easily Interchangeable, Easy To Clean, Lightweight, Rugged, Sharp Focus, Strong Construction
Summary: For such a low price, I expected a low quality lens. But I got the opposite. I opened the box to find a brand new, warranty included, flawless lens. The quality is fantastic and the zoom is just what I needed. Expertise: Semi-Professional Problems Encountered: No real problems yet. The lens mount itself is plastic which was a worry. Also the auto-focus is very picky at times, and occasionally needs manual assistance.
