Summary: It's not my walk around lens - that's the Lumix 25mmk f/1.4 Leica lens on the Oly EM1. But I carry this 14mm in a pocket and thus never miss a shot requring a wide field of view. Very sharp images. Bought it used from Asia via Amazon. Very satified.
Summary: This lens at the white-box price is great value and a nice light lens for when I'm bringing my camera out in social situation where I don't want to carry a lot of gear. 14mm is a bit wide but is also great indoors when trying to capture group shots. The item arrived within the stated time, even over the Christmas holidays, and was well-packed. I had no issues at all.
Summary: As one should expect, "This lens is VERY SMALL" (which is why it's called a pancake-lens) very light, almost feels like a toy lens...but this lens is "VERY SHARP!" The optics proves that it is a professional lens...I haven't tested in low light but for the price it's definitely the best "Prime" bang for the buck on a Micro Four Thirds camera.
Summary: This lens is so tiny you can easily take it with you everywhere or add it to your normal walk around lenses. There really is no reason not to add it to your lens collection. It's so unobtrusive that it's easy to get photos of anything you want without people feeling intimidated. A great buy and a practical tool.
Highly underrated lens, but requires a pro eye for photography

Summary: Only capable of great things in an experienced photographers hands. This lens was just recently discontinued and pansonic is no longer shipping them to distributors. Naturally, the price of the lens shot up 50%. I purchased 3 of these lens's over the past few years, none for more than $135. If you are paying more than $140ish for this lens, you got a bad deal and are a victim of supply and demand. The supply on this lens is very low, thus the hike in price recently.
