Summary: Mine of course was one of the ones that didn't come with a lens cap but I thought ahead and bought a after market one for around 10 bucks that came with an adapter you screw on the lens- kind of like a hood, that the cap fits on. They both got here the same day.
Summary: I bought this lens mainly for its size to use on a GF5. After taking some pictures I was able to slide the camera into my jeans pocket with lens cap on. This 14mm takes very nice quality pictures and gives you the added wide angle which is plus.
Summary: Great lens, but wish I had gotten something wider, 14mm is just not wide enough for a micro 4/3's camera. Especially when you already have a 20mm.... Honestly I accidentally ordered this instead of the 8.5...
Summary: Not the sharpest lens. But for some reason I like it and its fun to use. VERY flat. I have used this on both my GH4 and BMPCC. On the BMPCC, you really need to be careful with the edges of images to make sure you avoid moire
Summary: A solid purchase for those interested in wide, fast primes that don't take up much room. Never having used the 20mm f1.7 Lumix, I can't compare the two, but most parties agree that while that lens is a stop faster, the 14mm Lumix has a blazingly fast AF that the 20mm cannot match.
