Summary: Does everything I had expected and more. Excellent quality pictures. No problems. I live 400' from a large river and am interested in photographing life animal & bird life along the river along with tow boats and barges in the 400 - 600' distance. I work from a upstairs window providing a great view of the river and am very happy with the telephoto ad on.
Pros: Inexpensive, Easy to use, Durable, Exceeded expectations, Convenient, balanced
Very nice addition, search for your best deal, though.

Summary: This teleconverter truly complements and expands the Panasonic lumix DMC-fz35 camera. You have to purchase a pricey converter tube to fit it on the camera ($15-$20 more)and it adds considerable weight and size. If you are adept with this camera, you will capture distant images you couldn't have before, even without a tripod. Value for the money: expensive but worth it if you are a superzoom addict like me.
Summary: This in combo with the shake reduction feature of the above can pull in shots almost impossible with other DSLRs unless you are willing to literally pay thousands more. If you want the ultimate performance than put it on a tripod and use the X4 digital zoom feature which also has a viewfinder zoom to allow manual focusing to get optimum results.
Summary: BH emailed me when this item came in and I'm glad I called right away. I shoot wildlife and nature for the most part, and can never get enough zoom. The lense gives me over 700mm on the fz50 at a price under what you'd pay for a decent dslr camera body. A dslr its not, but given the performance I've gotten so far, its about the best bang for your buck. As long as I do my job right the images come out just fine. Thanks for another winner, Panasonic.
Pros: Comfortable, Easily Accessible Controls, Easily Mounted, Strong Construction
