Summary: Got this lens used some time ago. Did not get much use out of it on the Olympus FT E-5 I bought it for. Now using an OMD E-M1, I had the lens reconditioned by Olympus recently (damage to be repaired was my fault) and have been using it on the E-M1 with the MM3 adapter.
Summary: though the lens is an excellent performer, that fact that it's f4.0 is it's real limitation. you loose two stops of light compared to it's matched longer lens, the 14-35mm f2.0, and this makes a huge difference when the light is low.
Summary: Great great lens. I shoot interiors and landscapes with this and am having fun with such a wide angle. It is a big heavy lens for and f4 but there is zero distortion. I debated between this and the 9-18mm, but I got a good deal on this lens as a demo and am glad I chose this over the 9-18mm.
