Excerpt: I bought this as a way to try out a new prime lens, buying it used. The lens arrived quickly after ordering it. (Adorama is one of the best online dealers I've dealt with).

The lens itself is in mint condition, works like it is brand new.
Pros: Consistent Output, Durable, Easily Interchangeable, Fast / accurate auto-focus, Lightweight
Excerpt: I just got this lens. Work well very clear pictures. I had read that it searches when focusing. Makes-
Agrinding noise. It did that for me. This seemed to occur when the object is dark or with no clearly define edges. I always have used single point focusing. I tried multipoint focusing . The focusing was then extremely fast and appears to be accurate. And with out searching. I hope this holds up. Also tried five point pattern.
Excerpt: Wonderful lens, stunning sharpness and microcontrast, gorgeous bokeh. Every manufacturer has their superstar lenses that have that little bit of magic in them. This lens has that magic. Works great on my E-M1 as a portrait lens too.
Pros: Consistent Output, Great Micro-contrast, Nice Bokeh, Sharp
Excerpt: I normally only get remained or new but to save almost $300 Adorama has get prices and the rating system for used equipment are spot on Great working produce and no abnormal problems So if you have a chance to get used Do It
Excerpt: I've ordered the Olympus 50 f/2.0 macro lens & the focusing ring didn't work. Sent it back for a new one & the focusing ring didn't work on it either. Sent it back still waiting on another one. Adorama has been very good at replacing this lens. I even called Olympus and explained the problem to them, they were no help at all they need to tighten up on quality control.
Summary: I have to agree with other reviewers: It is really the most perfect lens. I can't add anything more than what the other positive reviewers have stated. I have an Olympus E-410 and used to use my 12-60mm 1:2.8-4 as my versatile all the time lens. But I have to say that this is now my favorite lens. I don't find the focus too slow. It's a good, solid lens, well made and holds up great. I will try to add some photos as well.
Great optics, precision focus and great quality ,will meet your macro needs

Summary: Was listed as "as is" but it showed up looking like new. The lens is a great for macro and portrait shots...I bought this as I wanted a lens specifically for macro photography. This fits in nicely. It is compact and precise..will have more to say once I get more use of it!
Excerpt: Non-zoom lens equivalent to 100mm focal length on a 35mm film camera. Since I already nave the great Zuiko 12-60 mm (= 24 to 120 mm) f2.8-4.0 lens, which has pretty good close focusing capability at the tele end, this lens does not add much new macro capability. But it's 2 stops faster, and only weighs half as much.

This lens has great bokeh. I use it as a portrait and general walking-around lens.
Pros: Low Light Champ, Nice Bokeh, Rugged, Strong Construction
Great for someone who is serious about photography

Summary: A little noisy, a little slower than the other Olympus Zuiko lenses, but it takes amazing photos. There is a bit of a learning curve with it but once you figure it out it's a heck of an amazing piece of photographic equipment.
