Excerpt: I actually bought this to replace one I had previously that was unfortunately stolen, but loved it and glad to have it back in my arsenal again! Perfect for cityscapes and landscapes! Took this sucker to the Grand Canyon & Muir Woods and got some amazing photos with it!
Excerpt: Excellent lens, very sharp and good in low light situations as well. I switched from the Sigma 10-20mm f/3.5 and I am very happy with my decision. The automatic lens correction ability of the Nikkor lens with my D5200 saves me lots of time.
Pros: Consistent Output, Fast / accurate auto-focus
Excerpt: I have used a 18-200 lens as my travel lens. There are times however that I just needed something wider. I am going to Venice this fall and I know with the narrow streets this will be the perfect lens to capture the glorious setting. I am also shooting some realestate photography now and the wide lens is just a godsend. Images are super sharp.
Pros: Consistent Output, Durable, Easily Interchangeable, Fast / accurate auto-focus, Lightweight, Rugged, Strong Construction
Excerpt: I was debating between the 10-24 and the 12-24 so I ordered them both to compare. Here's what I found:

The 10-24 is wider (obviously) by a quite noticeable amount while still maintaining mostly straight horizon lines. I was pleasantly surprised and impressed by this. The curvature that does exist at 10mm is easily corrected in lightroom and results in very minor cropping.
