What a pleasant little surprise

Roguemd, Walmart
17 January 2016
  • Summary: I do a lot of macro photography, not bugs or snowflakes, but what the old folk would call "copy work". I am documenting family memorabilia which includes medals, trinkets and many many photographs and documents. I need to be mobile and I need a lens that fits on a Dx D7200 body.

Works great for slide and negative digital conversion

Skip2it, B&H Photo
17 November 2015
  • Excerpt: Bought this lens together with the Nikon ES-1 to copy 35mm slides and negatives. I have found this to be a much better solution than scanning. Woks well for traditional macro photography as well, though to get 1: 1 need to get very close to your subject.
  • Pros: Fast / accurate auto-focus, Lightweight
