Good lens and great value to people who want macro on budget
6 September 2011
Summary: I need a cheap macro lens for my E-Pl1, since I have MD to M43 adapter so I bought this one The quality of the lens is quite good, with macro light you can setup up low aperture to get more depth of field, so the object u want to shoot is in focus not just part of the object is in focus.
Summary: I have run some testshots, and it works great :) I bought the lens because i needed a fast lens when the lightsituation was´nt optimal. I can really recommend a normal (50mm)lens when situation makes it difficult to use flash, or tripod.
Summary: This lens works great for indoor or outdoor shooting. With the 1.4 aperature you get amazing photos everytime! This is the lens I use, and have used, for DECADES! Works time and time again, and would never choose different. If I bring only 1 lens out, this one is it!
Summary: I bought the lens three weeks ago and was immediately impressed with the quality. Overall, I'd recommend the lens if you're on a budget. I advise to look on dyxum to have good reviews of minolta lens.
Summary: An ultra-bright standard lens that reproduces perspective that generally looks "natural" to a human observer under normal viewing conditions. This lens provides excellent clarity and visual accuracy even with fully open aperture when working indoors or in low-light and twilight conditions.
