Fujifilm Fujinon XF 27mm F2.8

PC Magazine
8 September 2013
  • Conclusion: The Fujifilm Fujinon XF 27mm F2.8 is a tiny prime lens for Fuji X cameras. It's very sharp in the center, but edge performance isn't the greatest.
  • Pros: Very small and light. Excellent center sharpness. Classic 40mm-equivalent field of view.
  • Cons: Soft edges unless stopped down. No aperture ring. Lacks optical stabilization.

Fujinon XF 27mm f/2.8 Lens

PhotoReview

  • Summary: One of the drawbacks of pancake lenses is that they tend to be slower than conventional designs. However, with a maximum aperture of f/2.8, this lens is fast enough to suit most photographers and its the compact size and light weight make it ideal for situations like travelling and hiking. It is also relatively inconspicuous, which is excellent for street photography.

Fujinon XF 27mm f/2.8 (Fujifilm) - Review / Test Report

photozone.de
17 November 2013
  • Conclusion: The Fujinon XF 27mm f/2.8 may not be the most attractive lens around regarding its focal length but it is certainly a very capable performer. In terms of sharpness it plays in the highest league especially when stopping down a bit. There is a bit of field curvature which softens images in the last mm of the image frame so for tack sharp results you may wish to stop down to medium aperture settings.

  • Excerpt: „Pancake” lenses have been present and used in photography for many years; still only nowadays you can notice the real proliferation of those devices. It is connected to the launch of mirrorless systems which simply love small physical dimensions of lenses. No wonder every mirrorless system offers pancake instruments in their line-up.

Fujinon XF 27 mm f/2.8

19 September 2013

  • Summary: Rozumiem, że firma Fujifim stara się pozycjonować swój system X trochę wyżej niż konkurenci.
  • Pros: mała i zgrabna obudowa,, świetna jakość obrazu w centrum kadru,, znikoma aberracja chromatyczna,, dobrze korygowana aberracja sferyczna,, niewielki astygmatyzm,, szybki i celny autofokus.
  • Cons: duże winietowanie,, słaba jakość obrazu na brzegu kadru w okolicach maksymalnego otworu względnego,, wygórowana cena.
