Summary: Great multi use lens. Fantastic and VERY honest Vendor. The first Lens I received jammed after a couple of weeks. I called their CS - spoke to a LIVE person!! who told me to ship the broken one back with tracking. Within several days of shipping I received a completely new one in the mail. But the real silver lining to the story: I accidentally left a $60 polarizing filter on the one I shipped back. They packaged it up separately in bubble wrap and returned it to me!
Summary: This lens has been perfect for shooting senior portraits and and engagement photos. The lens works just like any other cannon, only it came in a white box, but I don't care what kind of box the lens comes in. I care about the quality of the lens, and this happens to be my favorite new lens.
Summary: I needed to replace my kit lens on my Canon T3. I had been looking at the 18-200mm version but for less than half the cost it was a no-brainer. I already have a couple of telephoto lenses so it didn't make sense to get the 200mm version. The 18-135mm lens has a nice wide angle to it and has become my main lens in my bag. I highly recommend it. Great seller with super fast shipping, received it in less than 48 hours.
Summary: All the products that I bought, will be very helpful. All products arrived on time, and I was able to go out and take pictures the same day that I received them, will let my friends know about my experience.
Summary: This lens does everything I was hoping for, and works quite well with my camera. I am a grandpa trying to get good photos of my grandson -- not a professional photographer. For me, this meets all my needs for a one-lens-does-everything solution. I've gotten some excellent pictures through this lens, both close-up and at a considerable distance. I'm very happy with it, would definitely buy it again, and would recommend it to my friends.
I was prepared to write a horrible review on this product...

Summary: I received this Canon lens in a plain white box, which concerned me for I imagined that it was a refurbished lens; and, the fact that I did not receive the Cleaning Kit that was clearly in the description of the sellers product. I sent an email listing my concerns to the vendor, and imagined that I would have to return the product.
Summary: My new Canon Rebel SL1 was a Christmas gift and it came without a len kit. I checked on line for a recommeded upgrade from the starter kit and found the EF-S 18-135mm and it gives me such a great range of photos to take from close up to zoom in on large landscaping photos. Very clear and focused pictures. I'm a newbie with SLR cameras but very happy with this lens.
Summary: I recently took this lens to Six Flags for a family vacation. That was the only lens I needed! Exactly what I bought it for. If you are like me and try to change lenses in the middle of the park, you know how frustrating it it to try and take a shot and realize you do not have enough zoom, or enough wide angle for your shot. Besides, carrying an extra lens for those occasions can become a burden after a while.
