Excerpt: Soon after this lens arrived I got the chance to shoot from a small airplane. Enormous vibration and wind against the lens. Of 250 shots, 150 were good, 50 were bad and 50 were TRIPOD sharp! And I am fussy.
Pros: Consistent Output, Durable, Easily Interchangeable, Fast / accurate auto-focus, Strong Construction
Excerpt: This is one of my favorite lenses. I'm not going to write a technical review, but after carrying the 2.8 for years at night time events, this has been an absolute joy and easy on the hands for long periods of time.
Pros: Consistent Output, Durable, Easily Interchangeable, Fast / accurate auto-focus, Lightweight, Nice Bokeh, Strong Construction
Summary: The images I got from this lens (traded up to the IS model) are stunning. The first ones i shot in comparison to ones from previous lenses were so good I almost peed myself. This is definitely my favorite lens.
Excerpt: This is my second "L" series lens, and it is great! I debated on the f/2.8, but after reading other reviews I decided it wasn't worth it. The extra F-stop is not worth the extra grand.I have taken the 70-200mm f/4 to a few baseball games and a volleyball game.
Pros: Durable, Fast / accurate auto-focus, Nice Bokeh, Rugged, Strong Construction
Excerpt: This is one of the finest lens i have ever used in my entire photography Currier. Very sharp and fast focusing.i use this lens with my Canon 5D Mark iii camera. Good for sports also. Fashion Photography and portraits are very awesome to do with this lens.
Excerpt: I've been planning on getting a Canon 70-200 f2.8 for a while but was holding off for two reasons: the cost and the weight. I am a petite woman with very small hands and was not sure how often I would use this lens given the weight.
Pros: Cost, Fast / accurate auto-focus, Nice Bokeh, Strong Construction, Weight
