I'm farely new to photography and I have a canan EOS rebel xsi and I mainly take sports photos. My old lens isnt really that great with sports photos, and they mostly come out blurry. Is the Canon EF70-200mm f/4L IS USM lens good with action/sports pictures?

Early or late outdoor action sports photography is better handled with the Canon EF 70-200 f/2.8L Lens or the Canon EF 70-200 f/2.8L IS Lens.
