Summary: Wow, its a great lens i loved it, and for my coleccion is one of the best. The pictures come out nice perfect, and by the way at a great price. I take pictures of almost everything and i can take it with me anywhere cause it does not weigh nothing. Buy one your selfs so you can see what i see.
Summary: I put this on my camera. Loved it at first...now it is having trouble focusing. I want it to be able to shoot for me through out a 2 hour session and it will give me 1 out of every 5 pictures that aren't blurry. I'm upset cause it was a "good buy" but now its not performing the best.
Summary: This lens is just great. Lighter that the previous on I had but just as great. Now it needs "4 more words" to submit this recommendation??? This ridicules rule does not detract from the lens. There that was more than "4 more words needed"!!!
Summary: I have this lens on my XSi and although it isn't great, it's not nearly as bad as some are making it out to be. The images aren't very sharp and the colors are a little dulled(which I've found can be easily fixed with white balance adjustments) but what can you really expect from a lens in this price range? In my opinion, this lens is about equal with your standard 18-55mm kit although I like the range of the 28-105mm a little bit more.
Summary: The lens seems to work well and adjust the focus quickly and quietly. I find the quality both in macro and at F22 to be quite good. I am used to top lenses with my A1 for many years now. So I understand that the lens is the key to better pictures. It is a good bang for the buck and light weight as well. Good utility lens.
Summary: Well, I am taking photography classes, and it was suggested that This lens is a must have for portrait so I search for one here on bay and I find it for a great price. I have shot my first wedding and I simply love it the outcome.
