- Conclusion: Excellent lens for walking around and shoot some wildlife on 1.6x crop camera. I love it on my 7D where it is equivalent to an 160-640mm IS. Very easily handholdable.
- Pros: focal length range (on 1.6x), push pull zooming, excellent handholdable
- Cons: first generation IS, no wheather sealing, not excellent optics
