Summary: Purchased this laptop as a manufacturer refurb from woot. Included a 3mo warranty. The good: Versatile. Tablet / laptop functions are both excellent. Does 2 jobs with 1 machine. Nice, sturdy feel. Keyboard feels nice, with some substance. Screen is bright, full range of colors, and with a wide viewing angle. Runs very quick, SSD does wonders for it. Touch works very well. The bad: Touch pad has a hard time right-clicking.
Summary: I purchased this computer after my college-bound daughter received one. I saw how cool it was, how fast it ran, and she received it from her father who is meticulous in his research on these types of things. I loved it, and still do when its working. Everything was great until the touch-screen stopped working (my daughter's computer had the same problem about a week before mine did).
Summary: Bought this product at the end of June 2013 and it has worked for a complete total of POSSIBLY 6 weeks (and that's being generous). The touch screen suddenly stopped working and the techs all tried different methods to fix it. Even logged into my system with the same response "Oh I don't know why it;s doing that..." After my 3rd and FINAL return, they (TOSHIBA) were again of NO assistance whatsoever. Told me that do not do refunds.
Summary: I received a defective product from Optimus Pioneer Electronics. When I checked warranty information, it expires this month. I bought this on may of last year. It looks like this vendor has sold me an already registered U925T and it had a defective display, so it must have been a returned item. Always check your warranty info and see if it expires a year from your purchase date.

Summary: It's nice to see others have given this a high rating. I have had amazing luck with Toshiba laptops for many years. I can't say that for this one. My first one arrived with a non-working touchscreen that Toshiba tech support couldn't fix, so it went back. The second one has super slow wireless (have updated the drivers to the latest version and talked to Toshiba tech support and reset it twice to factory settings). I am very disappointed with this laptop.
