Summary: Great laptop. They have upgraded the keys so that you don't have to press so hard while typing. Only flaw is Windows 8. But I downloaded Start Menu 8 by IOBIT and that solved a lot of problems.
Summary: I've been using this laptop for 9 months now. My favorite thing about it is the battery life, it lasts a long time for a pc. The things I don't like are: 1) the touchpad - it has a griddy texture on it, so if you use the touchpad a lot, you will eventually get a callous on your finger.
Summary: So, I bought this laptop several months back and love it. But, my only problem is that-from what I can tell in the pictures-it looks like this computer should be able to play Blu-Ray discs. But, this afternoon, I tried to watch my Iron Man 3 Blu-Ray on it and it just says there's no disc.
Summary: I purchased this computer several months ago and I've avoided writing a review because I don't like writing negative reviews about a product. So I'm going to begin with the positives: This is a beautiful looking computer. It's sleek and stylish.
Summary: Love everything about this laptop except Windows 8. Every time Microsoft makes a major change in software, there are always bugs to fix and a new learning curve. As always, they are coming out with a new version 8.2 to correct some of the issues with Windows 8. None of this is Toshiba's fault.
Summary: Definitely a fast machine. I'm finding the battery life very adequate, it seems to run longer than it is rated. I don't like the fact, and perhaps I have not found out the way to do it, that I cannot turn off the touch pad. I like to use a mouse for some things. The keyboard is not backlit.
Summary: This product is everything is says it is, except that it does NOT have a four hour battery life. It dies within two hours every time I use it, starting with a full charge. I wish it had a keyboard backlight, but it's not listed in the description so I wasn't surprised by this.
