Summary: If I could give this computer zero stars I would. I receive this laptop brand new and the monitor will not turn on at all, then after a couple of minutes the rest of the computer (motherboard) will turn off completely. DO NOT BUY THIS!!! Toshiba is not a good computer anymore. DO NOT BUY!

Summary: Definitely the product does not work, the keyboard has many keys that do not work , the letter " z " number 4 , the shift to the right side , the arrow keys , space bar does not work sometimes .

Summary: We've had the laptop for less than a year and it is physically falling apart. I called Toshiba and they will not stand behind their product. Thank heaven I purchased an extended warranty. I will not be buying another (or recommending) Toshiba product.
