I've owned several brands of laptops & Toshiba has the worst customer support of all. Plus, the warranty isn't really 1 year

Summary: The biggest problem consumers should be aware of is that customer service is non-existent. So if you have any sort of problem with your $800+ product, you're essentially on your own. Fortunately, my *only* problem so far hasn't entirely made the laptop useless.

Summary: I purchased the same make and model from an Office Depot on November 27, 2015 an a week later I had issues with the cooling system. I sent it in for repairs and it came back worse than when I sent it in.
Summary: Specs are great, quality is poor. The touchpad has been a disaster from Day One. I spent two weeks trying to get the tap-to-click sensitivity to an acceptable level and failed utterly. I finally found a registry hack to disable it entirely.
Summary: Pretty happy with this computer, one complaint -- the touchpad is poorly installed, the bottom right corner of it sticks up above the normal surface of the computer. So buyer beware of that. Otherwise it does everything I need it to, good purchase.

Summary: I purchased this laptop a few months back. Setup was quick and painless. What grabbed my attention immediately was the processor speed and the ability to multitask seamlessly. The laptop weighs a lot less than most 15.6" and the frame is made of solid material Battery life is beyond what I had...

Summary: Don't buy this laptop! I should have read many more reviews first...hand slap. Now, the truth: It crashed on day 2 with the white screen of death. I had just installed MS Office and was connecting my iPhone to iTunes.
Summary: Got it on Ebay second hand for $450USD. I am a canadian buyer so it worked out to be $6xx plus I need to pick up at point roberts. Fresh out of the box I put in a 8gb ram , adds up to 12gb ram. with that 12gb ram it runs pretty fast .
Summary: Awesome laptop for many purposes, but I have to restart the wireless adapter because it stops working, also the touchpad is really bad and unresponsive I prefer using the touchscreen. The laptop itself feels responsive and the speakers are really good.
