Summary: This is the second Toshiba with which I've had problems. The first one, last year's model, had a defective hard drive. This one has been working fine enough, but after five months, the battery isn't holding a charge. Since batteries are not covered under the warranty, I'm told I'm screwed. I will try to contact Toshiba directly; however, I don't think it's a positive sign that I've had issues with both Toshibas.
