Summary: I really loved this laptop, it was my pride and joy, that is while it worked. Started giving problems six months after its first use. I used it on an average of two hours per day. I had to press the on/off power button several times before anything would show on the screen. Some days it would not power on no matter how many times I tried. Finally, exactly one year after its initial power on it completly failed.
Summary: 2 Years old and the motherboard crashes!! Toshiba Satellite P755-S5184 is garbage. Toshiba's customer service gives you the run-around. but in the end I am left holding a broke piece of junk!!! They say it could happen to any laptop which is true. So, Why did I spend $800.00 on this laptop when I could have spent far less and beholding a cheaper broken piece of junk??? TOSHIBA COSTS MORE AND DOES NOT OFFER ANYTHING IN RETURN!!!! Beware!!!!
Summary: This laptop continuously loses contact with the network, & for no reason Software generates a 'non responding' alert as the system takes a 'break'. We CAN'T run a business with this aggravation so after many years of Toshiba products & the current run of WIN7-8 junk s/w it's time to go exclusively MAC.
Summary: I've had this computer for less than 6 months & I already have to send it in because of a driver issue. The out of date Dell I had before ran better. lucky my warranty is still good. I've gotten the "blue screen of death" numerous times.. What a head ache!
