Summary: Love this laptop! Came with 750gb hard drive, 6gb DDR, Windows 7, and a Blu-ray player/DVD recorder. Great in every way except for the weak Corel software WIN10 which can only play some of the Blu-ray discs I own.
Summary: Wanted to find something to replace my Powerbook but not going to put a dent in the wallet. Also to use for was work & home Toyed around with Dell, HP, a friend recommend the Toshiba. showed around till i found that one prefect laptop Had enough hard-drive space also able to handle Photoshop (which is a pig on memory) So far since i purchased it no problems could of gone to BB but didn't want to deal with all the down load crap they have already installed.
Thought it was nice..until it crashed. Toshiba service is HORRIBLE.

Summary: Comp crashed..no new software, downloads, etc. Got a run around with a complete idiot with Toshiba customer service. She tried getting me to pay $50 for telephone support. What are they going to tell me about a computer that wont turn on?!? Then told me after having it for a few weeks that it would cost me over 200 in damage repairs. The thing just quit working!!! I am really dissapointed. I got a couple months use out of this item, and worked great up until that point.
Summary: As a computer repair technician most of my life, I need power in the field, without the weight and headache of a "desktop replacement." After a lot of research, I decided that this had all of the features I needed, and none I didn't. I also much prefer discrete AMD-Vision graphics tuned for AMD quad-core CPU's.
Summary: This is a fine machine...I'm happy with it...I got it at a good price and works very well. I didn't gave it 5 stars because the battery life...it just doesn't last as it should..... Anyway...if you're planning to use it as a desktop machine...you're good. The blue ray is a great plus for the price...
Summary: Bought this for the wife, and I was pleasantly surprised by the quality. I tend to buy higher-end laptops and computers, so purchasing a <$700 laptop was a bit of a challenge for me. However, the screen is really vibrant, and the Windows Experience ratings were pretty good all things considered.
