Summary: 5 stars for the product 0 for the customer support I've owned nothing but Toshiba laptops in the past 12 years of working them hard every day. I carry one for work and around my home most of the day and even my tech person at work commented that it has more speed and storage for the price than some...
Summary: I've owned this computer for 3 months now. The computer itself is gorgeous and works wonderfully- the WiFi is crazy strong when it comes to signal (places that other wifi capable products say only have 1 bar, this computer will pick up at 4 bars no problem).
Excerpt: Unfortunately there are a number of issues with the Toshiba and the Microsoft Internet Explorer and with Google Chrome browsers. I have to use both to get to all the sites I need to use for school and for my business. Hopefully patches will be out soon to fix these problems.
Summary: I have been using the same Toshiba Satellite (A104-S4114) for 5 1/2 years. When it began to slow down, I looked into getting another Toshiba, because the other lasted so long. This is the one I decided on, and it was on sale on Cyber Monday ($580, I believe).
Excerpt: I bought this laptop ten days ago and I noticed the battery drained too fast. My husband (who's electronically challenged) said maybe because the processor is too fast that it eats up the battery as well. But I thought if it's too fast then it shouldn't drain the battery that much, right?
