Summary: I purchased this online and have had multiple video driver crash occurrences which makes no sense. It will crash when I am on youtube or the like, not even doing anything highly taxing on the video card.
Summary: Within two weeks Microsoft Bluetooth use messed up keyboard. 8,i,k,l,"," gives false characters. Sent it in for repair, still can't use Microsoft Bluetooth mouse without same problem. Upgraded to Windows 10.
Summary: Took the laptop to the UAE. After 5 months of use, the laptop stopped working, screen "Leading Innovation" flickers and turns black. Don't know what to do here. Cannot find the warranty paperwork. It's not in the box. Start wondering if there was one, .. don't remember seen one.
Summary: Paid $750 for this early in 2014. Started failing within 11 months...in shop 3x in 4 months until warranty ran out. Never could be fixed...no help from store or Toshiba. Thank goodness I purchased it with Am Ex...they refunded my purchase price.
Summary: Considering the price I paid for this computer, $479.99 in August 2014, it is simply incredible and packed with good hardware. Now it is $429. This laptop is above and beyond what you would expect for under $500. 15.6" inch 1080p Intel HD4400 graphics 8GB ddr3 Ram, I5, backlit keyboard.

Summary: Not very sturdy. Had this problem shortly after I bought it where it froze on a black screen and wouldn't even force power down. Had to leave it unplugged until the battery ran out. Still, it surprised me constantly and handled my needs.
Summary: I'm very frustrated with this computer. I bought this new in March and now, in December, it will be heading to the shop for the third time. The keys stop working. Currently only one key is not working, however, sometimes a whole diagonal isn't working. This was the same problem before.
Summary: We have been loyal Toshiba Laptop buyers for the past several years. I was so tempted to spend the extra money and get a MAC for my photography business, but wanted to keep with a brand that we have grown to like. My husbands computer is great and its a Toshiba.
Pros: First off the quality of images and video is great. The weight of the computer is comfortable and it doesn't get very hot on the side from the fans while using it.
Cons: The battery life last about an hour if we are lucky. The sound is barely there. Watching a movie or playing music while you work you can barely hear the sound. Yes, the Resolution is HIGH, but if you order on a ROES system from a photo lab you will have a hard time seeing anything in the system. ...
