Summary: I sold this to these teabaggers at "stuff" This place is for drug addicts to turn in their stolen goods. The wifi is shot and I spilled a coke on it and it was never the same since. They bought it off me for 200 and go figure they're selling it for over twice that much. These type of stores really prey off people who are in a bind financially and help scumbags make money off their stolen electonics. Don't buy my old pos laptop.
Summary: I purchased a Toshiba P505 laptop 2 years ago. Within months we were having problems: the computer would not start, or if it did start, it would shut down unexpectedly. Toshiba's help desk was unhelpful: they wanted it mailed in for examination (even though we had purchased an in-home service contract), but since we were using this machine for daily business, we could not give it up for the 2 months they wanted.
Summary: This computer failed me at every turn! The hard drive was never right out the box new and was replaced. The keyboard failed and I was using a wireless keyboard and mouse. It was replaced. The screen failed and was replaced. The WIFI card failed and was replaced. The power cord conection worked itself lose inside somewhere and caused a buzzing noise in the speakers. And finally the computer stopped turning on. This all happened over two years and three monthes.
Pros: It has a big screen so you can sit back and veiw, also the speakers were nice for bass players to hear the lower end of the audio media.
