Summary: Loved this product HOWEVER 2 months after warranty expired toshiba sent a notice of updates, which I installed. Now my computer won't start, won't turn off ... basically it's dead. Toshiba will not help me unless I pay $40 for out of warranty support. What a racket!!
Summary: Owned since 2/4/2014. What's not to like, FOR THE MONEY? This is a budget laptop, not a fancy one. (Some of these reviewers are like the people who go to McDonalds and leave a bad review on Yelp because they didn't like the food!
Summary: The Toshiba Satellite NB15T-A1302 has been nothing but a problem since I received it!!! And the additional warranty is a joke. First the "e" key and space key stuck. Then Windows started acting funky, not sure if this is a computer or new platform problem.

Summary: Brand-new laptop had defective battery; battery would not charge. Tech support at Toshiba is incompetent, ignorant and confused. Repair center is untrustworthy; denied receiving cable and adapter sent with laptop for repair. Cable and adapter were not returned.
Summary: This computer is closer to a netbook than a full notebook, the dimensions are borderline between useful and not. I like the light weight and sleek look, but it is a little slow opening programs, sometimes it just freezes for one or two seconds while processing commands, It is pretty clean so I am...
