Toshiba Satellite M50 Laptop

yanjun, REVIEW STREAM

  • Excerpt: I was browsing through notebooks or laptops that an support at least some of my games as I’m an avid gamer (for 10 years now) and the prices were way out of my budget! $6000 for a gaming laptop . So I was searching around hoping to find my dream laptop . And I finally found one with individual video card/graphic card. Not as high as I hoped to but with 256mb graphic and 512 RAM (I have upgraded to 1GB RAM) Pentium R proccessor, though it stands low at 1.6GHZ.

  • Excerpt: "This Toshiba is surprisingly powerful for its price and the battery life is also rather impressive. However the screen lacks clarity and similarly priced laptops tend to have a better quality screen. It's thin, only 21mm thick meaning its very portable and can easily be carried around. It has enough connectivity, including a HDMI output, three USB ports, two of them are USB3, a Gigabit Ethernet port, a multi-format card reader and a combined microphone ...
  • Pros: Fast, Cheap and Multi - Purpose
  • Cons: Poor image quality .

  • Excerpt: "...day needs, and being a Toshiba fan, choose this M50-216 14" laptop. In the job I was in at the time, Its portability would prove a very useful tool, and was worked long and hard for 3 years. Nowadays, It doesn't get the use that frequently, but still provides a good, reliable, portable connection the interweb-a-net. Although it has now been superseded by a newer model, I thought I would share my thoughts on this great bit of kit which has helped me ...

  • Excerpt: "...same day and got this TOSHIBA SATELLITE M50-159 after arguing with the manager at comet store because he did not want the acer laptop back when he knew that it was faulty so he still kept on arguing with me. Then after agreeing on exchanging with another laptop, I bought this laptop which was great the moment i took it out of the box. And since then, i have had no troubles with it, nt even a tiny problem in the laptop. The reason for no troubles is ...

  • Excerpt: "...a surface, like traditional speakers. This Toshiba is high-powered, fast, and holds a lot of memory for a low price. I initially selected it for its light weight, but now I love it for so many more things. This is the cheapest most power you will get in a laptop this light. Easily portable, yet still a great desktop-replacement! ...

  • Excerpt: "...returned to PC World, the Toshiba Equium was the next step up PRICEWISE, but spec wise, it was a downgrade. HA! I thought that the name Toshiba might offer a better product, thankfully I was right! However, I prepared myself for a slower computer, one that I would have to watch what I downloaded - would have to be careful about putting extra software on. I was SO wrong! From the minute I started up the Equium M50-244 it has been smooth ...
