Summary: There is nothing unusual in the notebook performance, and I liked it quite a bit - in fact I am writing this feedback on this same Toshiba. One thing which let me down is sound. It simply does not live up to my expectations given all the hype about Onkyo speakers.
Summary: my one was faulty,so returned. What I can say is that you can get a lot more spec for the same money. Excerpt: Introduction I brought the Toshiba Satellite Laptop (model number L750D) in May 2012. I brought the laptop through littlewoods catalogue for £499. I mainly use this laptop for social use (to check facebook, read emails, to make skype calls etc).
Summary: Bought mine from currys, a refurb £279.99 750gb hard drive 6gb ram , does exactly what it says on the can lol. it has bluetooth, wireless, dual core, large screen, plus keyboard and number pad aswell.
Conclusion: The toshiba satellite L750 gives decent specs for a very reasonable price. It has a 2nd generation i3 processor which clocks at 2.3 Ghz and with 2Gbs of RAM (which I found unsatisfactory) which is expandable to 8Gb.
Summary: I purchased this for the amazing price of £299.99 from Sainsburys (sorry Amazon!) because I wanted a fairly straightforward laptop for occasional use. The machine has lived up to (and way beyond) my expectations, there really isn't any single thing that I can find to critise about the machine.
