Excerpt: I bought this and paid 2000.00 under the imperssion that it would last the computer went down after the warr. ran out just over a year and the computer repair guy told me it would cost more to fix it then it cost to but it and I am still paying on it.
Excerpt: I purchased the Toshiba laptop back in January and started having problems from the get go. I had geek squad from Best Buy come in and help set up the computer. They did a awesome job but the computer was definetly not worth the money I paid for it. It was slow and had problems getting online. I purchased it to work from home and be able to send email and have many programs open at once. For my needs and for the use it was not able to do and work as I needed it to.

Excerpt: It started off with such promise. The Toshiba Satellite notebook was so aesthetically appealing; sleek gray in design, thin and curved. A large screen, bright inviting colors. I fell for it, and for the first few months of our relationship, it was everything I wanted in a computer. It obeyed, it worked quickly. Compared to the dull workhouse Dell I had lived with for years, the Toshiba was an exciting change. It made me smile.
Summary: This was the worst experience ever. The machine was a Christmas gift and basically broke down right after it was unwrapped. It constantly froze or shut down on its own. All attempts to fix the problem did not bring good results. It was then a nightmare to deal with Toshiba. It took weeks of discussion, emails and phone calls to finally get the authorization to get it returned.
Summary: J'ai acheté cet ordinateur il y a un an et deux mois et voila qu'il ne démarre plus, ni sur secteur ni sur batterie et évidemment la garantie toshiba n'est que d'un an alors pour réparer cet ordinateur il faudrai que je paie de ma poche. Malgré une réparation je pense que l'ordinateur aura encore bien des problèmes d'alimentations... Toshiba ne veut rien entendre malgré le fait que ce défaut d'alimentation soit un problème récurrent sur ce type d'ordinateur.
Summary: J'ai acheté ce portable il y a 4 mois. Joli, rapide, j'étais content. Mais il est tombé en panne à 2 reprises, pour la même panne : plus d'alimentation, ni par secteur, ni par batterie. La première fois, la réparation a été relativement rapide, quand même 3 semaines. Un mois plus tard, rebelote. J'ai attendu de recevoir un bon de retour pendant 3 semaines et j'ai du relancer le SAV quatre fois pour recevoir ce bon.
