Summary: This thing can run most programs, including Photoshop and most low to mid-range games just fine, considering that I bought this for $600 two years ago. Also, having a Blu-ray drive is nice, since now I don't have to buy a separate Blu-ray player. I will say that the touchpad takes a while to get used to, but that seems to be the case with every touchpads.
Summary: I bought this unit to replace a defective one of the same make and model. eBay is great for that! This was a great experience. Not only did this unit work really well but I was also able to fix the unit it was replacing! This laptop performs well considering it is not this years model. The lighted keyboard, long battery life, quick boot and snappy response are good features. It's a good buy at this price.
Summary: I have had this laptop for almost two years now, and I can tell you that it was worth every penny. I bought this as a Black Friday deal for only $600, which was a steal considering the feature set of this laptop. I heard of a lot of reviewers complaining of keyboard malfunctions and the sort, but I have not experienced anything so far. PERFORMANCE: The i5 processor is great and fast. 1080p video is streamed flawlessly for the most part.
Summary: Lots of nice extras, good battery life. This computer has a Blu-ray player, back-lit keyboard, a Hybrid Drive (part ssd part standard 7200 rpm HDD), great sounding Dolby speakers, WiMax, push2TV, and the Toshiba Eco Utility is really nice. With the click of a button I can go into a power efficient mode without having to sift through menus. and oh yeah... WINDOWS 7 FOR LIFE!!!!
Summary: This is a very fragile laptop. The keyboard is marginally responsive. The touchpad is extremely buggy. Even when three feet away the WiDi loses the connection. Worst of all, it comes with a two year warranty, but when you call Toshiba they say your one year phone service has come to an end. I'm not sure how to use the remainder of the warranty. I will never purchase a Toshiba again.
Summary: The keypad was non-responsive on arrival (twice), called Toshiba, after 4 hours on the phone for an out of the box product they said they will not honor warranty. Returned both products which were defective out of box, and bought HP. Will never touch Toshiba computers gain.
Defective unit! Sent twice to be repaired at Toshiba depot and returned with the same problem! Terrible customer service!

Summary: I bought this Satellite E305 on August, 2011. Since the first days of usage, I noticed that the computer would shut down spontaneously. After studying the problem a little more, I figured out that those shutdowns only happened when the computer was coming from either a hibernation or sleep modes. So, I decided to call Toshiba's customer service. The first "repair" performed by them was to reconfigure the computer BIOS. It didn't work.
Summary: Toshiba Satellite E305-S1995 14" Laptop (Intel Core i5-2410M Processor, 6 GB RAM, 500 GB Hard Drive, Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit) by Toshiba Practically new, only used for 3 months until college student graduated. This model comes with everything- if you are a gamer then this Toshiba has the speed and video settings for the ultimate experience!
