Summary: I purchased this laptop at the beginning of the school year at office depot for a good price on tax free weekend. After about three months,the WiFi stopped working and we had to pay 69 dollars for the online customer support to fix it. Now after about two months after the WiFi incident, the computer froze up and I shut it down and tried to restart it, but now it will not even turn on. The only reason it is two stars is because the laptop worked well while it lasted.
Summary: I purchased this laptop back in February of 13. Within less than a month I had to send it in for service after being on the phone with some guy who barely spoke English for well over a hour. There was not only an issue with my hard drive but also with my power cord port. It took almost a month to get the computer back and it seemed to work just fine after I got it back.
Summary: i ordered a slightly used laptop with almost no scratches, what i got was a laptop already signed in under someone else's name WITH A PORN WEBSITE AS THE DEFAULT SETTINGS !!!!! and i wont even mention that the "keyboard" is virtually unattached to the rest of the item. but hay at least no scratches !!!!!

Summary: until now I am not using this, I even pay over the hundred for another gig hoping to make it faster. Staple noticed it has only 1 gig they said may be adding another one will be faster still not doing right...I will not recommend windows 8. I think its too late to return I don't know what to do with this...
Summary: What a disappointment! Works fine for awhile and then shuts down and restarts, giving a nonsense error message. Don't waste your money on this toy. It's not fit for a 10 year old. Also, my cdrom drive won't open. It is only a couple of months old and I hardly ever use it. It is crap.
Summary: quite a basic computer, but too slow even for this age and time. i regret why i bought it. the materials is indeed cheap. i have always admired the toshiba brand but this is a disappointment. i am giving it out.
Summary: I bought a Toshiba laptop for my wife after hurricane Issac destroyed her old HP in Sept. We started having hard drive issues with it in February. I sent it in for warranty repair and after going two weeks not hearing anything (no phone call, no email, no text, etc.) at all i finally contacted Toshiba. If i didn't our laptop would still be sitting there apparently waiting on me.
