Summary: The folks at Toshiba Tech support were all wonderful, but even they couldn't solve the blue screen of death (crashing) consistently all during the first month I owned it....Had to return it and purchase another computer....
Summary: Mouse gets stuck sometimes and screen becomes green when watching a video. Need it for business so can't send it back unless it doesn't work. Spent long enough waiting for it; can't spare it. Speed is great!
Summary: I purchased mine December 13th 2014. By January and it was having random reboots. Sent it for service(back and forth 3 times) and they finally found the issue to be the motherboard. Now I have an issue with the network card. Toshiba support sucks too. Don't buy this laptop. Don't buy Toshiba.
Summary: Love the big screen. Was hoping the color was a bit deeper. Have tried adjusting but not successful in making much difference. Getting used to Windows 8 has been a trial. Give me #7 any day. But do love the computer.
