Summary: I bought this laptop to replace a lenovo laptop. It spent the first 8 week of my ownership in the warranty shop. Right at a year later had same issue and Toshiba wouldn't warranty it. I asked if since it spent 8 weeks in the repair shop if they could pro rate the warranty for me and I was told no.
Summary: This computer is a beast, it's very bulky and large. I would prefer a regular desktop the next time around. It runs all my games just fine, but the battery life is very low. It has to be plugged in. It puts off some heat from a side vent, so don't have it too close to anything on that one side.
Summary: This was a great computer, High tech, fast, fun, reliable for a while and very cool. This laptop played all the games out at its time and still should be able to play most games, The hard drive failed on me once.

Summary: Since Toshiba customer service seems to refuse to acknowledge this widespread issue, everyone is best seeking alternatives for products since this company doesn't seem to care about customer satisfaction at all and is fine with selling defective products.
Pros: Don't get me wrong, this laptop holds up and runs quite well. It is a decent performer now, though not as good as current models obviously. With Blu-ray, the Nvidia 560m graphics and various other options such as bluetooth, and a mini subwoofer.
Cons: The biggest issue lies with the design flaw in the X770/X775 series. Only gamers will notice this over time. The power membrane is easily affected by heat and thus starts to malfunction. In turn, it has uncontrollable spazes and starts acting like the power button is being held down. This can hap...
Summary: When this product was working it worked well.I enjoyed the capabilities of the laptop and was able to run any of my games on it without a problem. When the problems start happening though forget about it.
