A great travel companion

  • Summary: I bought this notebook computer, the NB305-N310 by Toshiba because I have had good luck with the other Toshiba's I have, (3 others) and I wanted something small to carry with into hot spots when I travel. I am very pleased with it, it is quick and responsive, and the battery lasts forever so I don't have to search for a AC outlet when I use it. A perfect travel companion, I love it. I bought a cordless mouse to use with it, which is most convenient for me.

I can take my Toshiba netbook anywhere

  • Excerpt: I've been wanting a netbook for quite a while, and finally got one for my birthday. I have had my Toshiba mini netbook for several months now, and I love it. It is the perfect size for me - not too big, not too small.  It is remarkably light and easy to carry around.  It fits inside my purse, backpack, diaper bag - whatever.  The size of the keyboard is just right for me too.

  • Excerpt: This product is amazing. it works for every day use and is great if you have a home office or are on line all the time like I am. It hasn't let me down in the year and a half that I've had it. It cones in black and silver, I don't know abotu any other colors. I got the silver and it looks awesome. It's easy to clean and a very fast machiene. Even better it was affordable, priced around 300 to 400$ where as other products from other brands were much more than that.

As powerful as my desktop but portable

  • Excerpt: I have had a number of Dell computers, but after my last one, I swore I will never buy another Dell.  The customer service, and having to call India to get something done, that takes days to accomplish ended my Dell Days.  I wanted something small and powerful, and I need to be able to produce documents when on my business trips.  I have been absolutely delighted with my Toshiba netbook, and smile with pride when people ask me about it because it is so neat looking.

I LOVE the TOSHIBA mini Netbook!

  • Excerpt: I looked into many different net books before deciding on the Toshiba mini net book, but what i found it to have is way better than the others.  first of all, the battery life is up to 9 hours...which is far from the average net book battery life of 5-6 hours.  The screen is super clear and i love the shiny white frost color it came in.  it also comes in pink, black, brown, and blue. I believe this net book is going to be the next big thing.

Great things come in small packages - Toshiba mini NB 410

  • Excerpt: The selling feature of the Toshiba over other netbooks was the 9 hour battery.  I charge it up over night and it goes with me all the next day.  It is lightweight and fits easily into a large purse/briefcase.  I haven't needed to upgrade the memory yet, and I've been loading it up for the past 8 months.  The screen is clear and there is no difficulty with the keyboard.  Best to use headphones or external speakers, if you really want to hear well, though.

  • Summary: This particular netbook family has gotten rave reviews since it came onto the scene. I've been watching and price drop on it from the time of its origins. It started out around $400 and the good reviews kept it that way. When I spotted at Walmart for $288 I had to strike. Other still had it at $349 for the nb305-n310 series. It is not the fancy all metal n410 version, but yet it has gotten better ratings. The nicer and wider keyboard is the key.

  • Summary: This is a very good netbook, has pretty much a full keyboard, Great battery life, and it has Windows XP instead of win 7 "starter" that most of the netbooks are shipping with now. some of the preincluded software went first thing, the MS Works and MS Office were replaced by OpenOffice, and the norton was replaced by Avast. The battery Profiler program is very nice, allows for changing the power usage settings on the fly.
