Best Laptop Ever

Summary: The last of the high quality Japanese electronics made with only quality and art form in mind. These are the types of products that made Sony the giant that they were but sadly we are losing great products Like the Z Series and the Pioneer Kuro in the high end market. This is the last of Sony style at its best you get a great product in a package that is encased with the highest end materials found in NASA and Formula One in Laptop form...
Summary: This is amazing laptop, very light and very nice, the keyboard is not very good, the screen is better than other ultrabook, you should buy 8GB model, 4GB model is slow with me, anyway I love it very much.
Powerful Machine. Horrible Sound & Small Storage Space.

Summary: The product overall, is excellent. However, there are a few cons. Cons (1) Speaker Quality: Quite Horrible I read several reviews before purchasing this machine, and several people seemed to have an issue with the speakers on machine and describe it as pretty bad to horrible. I just took this with a grain of salt and assumed that it was just people being persnickety. This was not the case. The speakers are incredibly horrible.
Summary: This is my absolute dream laptop! I'm starting college in a couple of weeks in graphic design and this is the perfect laptop for the job, this is also my first laptop and I can't believe that I got such a great one. The specs are better than the information on the description! It has a quad core i7 and 6GB of RAM as opposed to the dual core and 4GB stated. The battery didn't charge 1% for almost 2 hours after opening but it slowly started charging after that.
Summary: I purchased the VPCZ2 when it was on clearance at Sony's website, which comes with the Media Dock and sheet battery. Weight: This thing is amazingly lightweight and feels very durable thanks to its carbon fiber and aluminum construction. It is as light, if not, lighter than most Ultrabooks out there. Screen: Due to the high resolution (1920 x 1080) and small screen size, everything will look small.
Summary: The laptop is everything it's advertised to be. Pros: FULL 1080 HD SCREEN! HD webcam My configuration (default processor and 4gigs RAM) scores a 5.9 on Windows Rating. (RAM was lowest score) Reboots in under 30 seconds. Seriously. So light and mobile for on-the-go So powerful when at home plugged into media drive Cons: Touchpad is ok, but unreliable. Sound is decent, but shallow. Bass is non-existent.
Beautiful laptop, state of the art, not for everyday office use

Summary: The laptop is beautiful, it's a Z and it shows, you wouldn't have to be a genius to notice it's quality, it really is a sight. Let me also say the resolution & clarity of the screen at an astounding 1920x1080 on a 13.1 inch screen is amazing all by itself. Some people say they can't read the small print. Well, you can always adjust the zoom.
Excellent laptop! Top quality all around except for the speakers.

Summary: I was looking for a small, lightweight, high performance laptop with a nice screen, backlit keyboard and SSD hard drive. The Sony Z2 delivered and I'm very happy with this premium ultraportable. Pros * Gorgeous 1600x900 screen, very bright and crisp. * Full-voltage, Sandy Bridge i5 processor. * Excellent battery life, ~4.5 hours with heavy use. * Only 2.5 pounds!!! * Dimmable backlit keyboard * Full size Ethernet, HDMI & VGA ports.
Summary: I have been buying Sony Z Series Laptops for almost 5 years for my company. These are high end laptops usually greater than $1500 and depending on configuration beyond $2000. We have had recurring and unequivocal repair problems with almost every single purchase we have made. I would highly recommend a different brand. Their support leaves much to be desired and their repair services although professional should be UNNEEDED in the first place.
