Good Computer for a Good Price

Summary: I purchased this from Amazon about a year ago and have been fairly happy. As far a as computer goes, this was top of the line when I bought it and I expect that it will be sufficient for my need for at least the next couple of year. Finish: The brush silver finish picks up spots and is harder to clean that a gloss finish, but that that big of a deal as it hides scratches well. Screen: I would prefer a non-glare screen, but it is bright and vivid. Videos look great.
Summary: Internet would not connect therefore could not be set up. In addition touch pad does not work. Don't think I should have to use my time correcting a failure of design and quality control. Have never written a negative review before but think others should be warned.
Good machine, some hardware and software not to my preference.

Summary: I purchased this laptop on Black Friday and got very, very good price for this machine. Likes: - Large hard drive - Beautiful screen with almost endless viewing angles - Great sound - 10 key! - Backlit keyboard Dislikes (personal preferences): - I don't much care for Windows 8, was hoping there was an included Windows 7 downgrade option.
Summary: Half baked piece of Junk. Sony removed the ability to run Hyper-V manager from BIOS. Upgraded the laptop to windows 8 pro enabled virtualization in bios and still could not install virtualization manager. In addition this is a slow piece of junk laptop.
Summary: Backlight keyboard, ten key on the keyboard, don't really care for windows 8 yet, I might just re-install windows 7, but that has nothing to do with the hardware. Always have preferred the Vaio's over all other laptop brands as they all have that sleek and trendy look. Overall very happy with purchase. The best bang for the buck.
Summary: I purchased this laptop about a month ago. After using it for the first time, I learned that I wasn't a fan of Windows 8. I won't comment too much as I want to leave my review on the computer itself. What I will say is that even after I learned to use it, I still wasn't a fan. I wasn't impressed with the laptop itself. The camera on this laptop was less than mediocre. How is it possible that my tiny phone takes better pictures/videos?
Summary: Well to start with this Sony vaio I have to say it's amazing, it runs so smooth, of course it should after all it does have an 3rd gen Intel core i7 with a 8 gb of ram. As for how long I have had this laptop I say this is my third day and so far no problems. The backlight keyboard is great, the mouse pad or touch pad I'm still trying to get used to it but rather the less I do prefer to use a wireless mouse it way more comfortable.
Summary: Bought this computer at Fry's Electronics on a black Friday deal. The computer comes with a Windows 8 OS. I had heard nightmare stories of Windows 8 being a piece of crap, but decided that the deal was too good to pass up. After about a day and a half of fighting the Windows 8 OS. I purchased the Windows 7 OEM Professional and wiped Windows 8 from the hard drive. Now that Windows 7 is installed on the computer, it runs a lot better.
