  • Summary: I was looking for a Windows device with the quality of an Apple Mac; I am profoundly disappointed. The laptop was very noisy as the fan would come on every 5 seconds while not driving anything but a browser and the factory loaded software demands. Others have had the same issues. The build quality was good but this is no Apple Mac. The factory bloatware was excessive.

  • Summary: Customers service is a crap I bought this laptop few months ago, and i think it was the worst decision that i had made in my life, the screen get cracked spontaneously, and Sony refused to repair it. they have the worst customer service. i am not gonna buy any Sony product again.

  • Summary: I'm sure if you get what you order the product is fine but be very careful here. The one I received was NOT Touchscreen despite clearly stating it was in the product name. I see this has happened to others too. I'd strongly suggest clarifying with seller before purchase.

  • Summary: Laptop is slow reacting, wireless kept disconnecting, constant microsoft windows had to be shut down and restart errors, very poor quality for money .. shame [removed by moderator] aren't helpful with their poor quality products too!

BAD CUSTOMER SUPPORT

  • Summary: I bought this SONY VAIO on a warehouse deal from Amazon. After couple of months mouse stopped working on touchpad. Tried to contact Sony product support centre which is based in Egypt. I gave them all my details and called them again only to found out that the agent has messed up my details and they started asking me to provide proof of ownership. Instead of fixing the mouse issue they created more issues and headache for me.

  • Summary: i bought this on everyones comments on the laptop. having had mine 10 minutes it ran slower than any other laptop ive ever had. had to send it to sony to be repaired and again within 10 minutes it went as slow as a snail again, ive tried eerything to speed it upto no prevail and very wont accept a return even though this does not live upto what its being sold as. Dont buy!

Shocking laptop

  • Summary: Internet just won't connect. Tried hard wiring and it still won't connect. Touch lad is awful. Had it less than 3 hours and it's getting sent back.
