Summary: I was looking for a Windows device with the quality of an Apple Mac; I am profoundly disappointed. The laptop was very noisy as the fan would come on every 5 seconds while not driving anything but a browser and the factory loaded software demands. Others have had the same issues. The build quality was good but this is no Apple Mac. The factory bloatware was excessive.
Summary: Customers service is a crap I bought this laptop few months ago, and i think it was the worst decision that i had made in my life, the screen get cracked spontaneously, and Sony refused to repair it. they have the worst customer service. i am not gonna buy any Sony product again.

Summary: Very poor purchase . The mouse pad is very sensitive even after settings. Runs very slow at times freezes on regular occasions . Battery life is not good . All in all not happy with the purchase . Emailed seller who simply refused to replace it . Talks about some new eu 14 days return policy even though via Amazon you get 30 days . Surely won't be purchasing such items here again . And Sony is a failure in laptop market no wonder they decided to end their laptop lines ..
Summary: one day after buying the laptop the keyboard broke, one of the letters came of from the keyboard. it is very poor quality, the rest of the keyboard looks like it will begin to come undone, feels very plastic like. the mouse is absolutely horrendous and takes getting used too.
Summary: I'm sure if you get what you order the product is fine but be very careful here. The one I received was NOT Touchscreen despite clearly stating it was in the product name. I see this has happened to others too. I'd strongly suggest clarifying with seller before purchase.
