Summary: My $1000 three month old Sony Vaio laptop screen was peeling off. I contacted Sony. They offered to send a Sony repairman, since it was under warranty. The Sony woman told me this same level of Sony warranty service would continue for two more years if I bought a warranty extension for $189.
Summary: I got this laptop with doubt ! I was not sure how Sony products could be so cheap with amazing configuration. Well when I opened the laptop I knew right off the bat that Sony was just making these to target cheaper price paying market. Did not like the display , keyboard etc.
Summary: My first sony product which i hate very much. The webcam was very ugly, also since i did not buy the touch screen having windows 8 without touch screen is no use. Because we cannot utilize the full-fledge windows 8 functionality. So i return this laptop on the next day itself.
Got a phone call today to say the screen was fine and the scratches on the lid were there when ...

Summary: I bought one earlier this month and noted that the WiFi wasn't very fast, half the throughput of what I expected. I reported the problem to Sony who asked me to do some tests, and the WiFi ended up not working at all! I am returning the laptop for a full refund.
