Summary: Guys and Gals... I storm chase professionally. I need a laptop to do what I need it to do on the road. I couldn't have picked a better laptop for this purpose. I have already used all the audio and video software preinstalled on this device. It works... period. Thanks so much for the wonderful service from start to end here with Amazon. You got me as a solid advertiser for this product! Word of mouth goes a long way!
Summary: My search for a light colored keyboard led me to the Sony Vaio as it is difficult for me to see the dark keys. This was a very good choice as it features back lit keys as well. I have found it easy to use Tand would recommend it.
Summary: Customers service is a crap I bought this laptop few months ago, and i think it was the worst decision that i had made in my life, the screen get cracked spontaneously, and Sony refused to repair it. they have the worst customer service. i am not gonna buy any Sony product again.
Summary: I am indifferent on whether I am pleased with this product or against it. The way this product was described gave me every reason to expect more out of it. I knew the laptop was used, however, I feel that for the price the previous owner could have made sure the product was cleaned up better. I also spent a lot of time uninstalling programs that should have already been done for me. I expected a clear and clean laptop.
