HORRIBLE construction & HORRIBLE customer service

Summary: Purchased this notebook less than a year ago for basic home email access (sits on a desk - very little use) and after about six months the screen started to detach from the base. Every time I lift or adjust the screen, it pulls apart at the bottom section and about 3-4 inches up the sides of the screen. Call me crazy, but I'm just not willing to duct tape the screen together so I can open and close it without it falling apart.
Pros: Looks nice
Cons: Terrible construction and/or defective screen - Pulls apart from the base and sides have cracked open.

Summary: Overall this laptop seemed like a bargain at below $700. The touch screen is excellent, the resolution seems perfect to me. Its slim and professional looking, seems to have a good amount of RAM, speed and memory and for a day to day business, road warrior laptop I think its going to work great. I wouldnt pay over $675 for this laptop.
Pros: great touch screen interface, keypad easy to use, Microsoft touch operating system is very good, have not tested battery life yet, seems to be a good day to day business computer for those traveling often
Cons: has 2 USB ports, this laptop is very slim so I can see why they only have 2, battery lift seems to be low in general, 2+ hours, was hoping for something with 4+ hours, screen resolution seems fine to me
Summary: Very good, low price, battery life not that long, if have problem just contract your retail.
Pros: easy to setup
Cons: if you have problem when you start up from first time, try to update every thing. However, if you update all problem still that contract with your retail to exchange (Don't contract Samsung, they never admit they have defective product)
