Summary: As the title says, I've had it for a year and a couple of months now, and I haven't had any problems with it. There's not really much to say in the pros or cons, except I can't seem to play blu-rays without having to download a special program for it.
Summary: I am very pleased with the purchase of my Samsung laptop. It is an excellent computer for the price. I received this computer about a month ago and so far so good. Has all the necessary components if you're going to use it for basic things (i.e. internet, e-mail, word, etc.).
Summary: I purchased this strictly for college and a bit of Sims 3. Like others I have noticed the touch pad interferes with typing unless you are typing PROPERLY with your wrists off any surface, but none of us do that..... So I disabled it in the bios and purchased microsoft 3500.
Summary: I was looking for a good notebook with a good price. I know that if the price is low, the quality is the same. but, in this case I think I made out pretty good. I can only think of one con with this one. No Blu-ray drive. -_-.
Summary: I agree with other reviewers regarding Amazon.com's misleading product description that this laptop comes equipped with a bluray drive. Since the complaints they have removed that description.
Overall I think this is an excellent laptop , great picture quality and speed
