Summary: After less than six months from purchase, the pixels started dying on my screen. I first went to the online chat and was directed to the service request. The form would not accept any characters, and there was no record of my registering my laptop (I always do). Then I called tech support who said I needed a serial number from the bottom of the laptop, there is none. It may have wiped away? No other numbers wiped away.
Summary: When I ordered this computer,I read first carefully all the specifications to see that it brought with it the points taking my special attention. One of this points was that it came with a blu-ray drive.Upon receiving I had to find out there was no blu-ray drive inside.After looking back at Amazon for this computer and seeing that I was not the only one to be mislead before they changed the specifications.Amazon didn't answer correctly my claim about it.Still hoping for...
Summary: Purchased laptop as a Christmas gift and was thrilled that the computer would be equipped with a blu-ray player. Upon receiving the laptop, there was no blu-ray player installed. Very disappointed that Amazon would list something that wasn't accurate. Will be more cautious when purchasing from Amazon again...Shame on Amazon...Low rating due to inaccurate description.
Summary: Ik heb deze laptop rond februari gekocht en sinds dien alleen maar problemen mee gehad. Als ik muziek luister krijg ik er een niet-continue harde ruis geluid door. Als of het blijft haken. Mocht vervolgens van samsung eerst alle software een dag zelf opnieuw installeren daarna op sturen (2 weken zonder laptop) kreeg ik hem terug had ik nogsteeds hetzelfde probleem. Daarna weer opsturen(weer 2 weken zonder laptop) is het moederbord vervangen.
