Summary: I find the Samsung JAO8US is a great computer. It's loaded with Windows 7 which is a great operating system. Important feature with this computer it has VENTS on the back so it DOES NOT OVERHEAT. It's great for gaming, emails, download Amazon Music, download Big Fish Games etc...I can also watch movies and music cd's example Richard Marx Night Out With Friends and Stories to Tell the 3rd cd is at Shepard's Bush London.
Summary: Today's Prayer Dear God, Thank You for Your Word; Your Word that is like honey to my lips and balm to my soul. I pray that the words that go forth out of my mouth shall be "pleasant words, like a honeycomb," to the people around me. I want my words to be like "sweetness to the soul and health to the bones," so that I may encourage others, build them up, and point them to You. If I may share just an inkling of the love and sweetness You give to me..
Summary: I usually trust Samsung computers but not this one. Adult owned. Processor- The i3 is slow and cannot handle multiple processes at once. Memory- Programs constantly crash and computer freezes because of lack of memory. Camera- The built in webcamera is very laggy. Mousepad- very sensitive to moisture on fingers. Hard Drive- Decent size amount of storage. Compatibility- Does not like to play nice with anything I plug into it.
Summary: After less than six months from purchase, the pixels started dying on my screen. I first went to the online chat and was directed to the service request. The form would not accept any characters, and there was no record of my registering my laptop (I always do). Then I called tech support who said I needed a serial number from the bottom of the laptop, there is none. It may have wiped away? No other numbers wiped away.
Summary: As the title says, I've had it for a year and a couple of months now, and I haven't had any problems with it. There's not really much to say in the pros or cons, except I can't seem to play blu-rays without having to download a special program for it. Everything works on it the way I'd expect it to, and I've had no problems with any performance, graphics, battery, etc.
Summary: Very Nice Quality Laptop - Clean, attractive appearance, fast processing, crisp display. A good, dependable machine and a nice break from the typical big chain computer brands. I am not quick to give all five stars but have found no reason not to for this product.
Summary: This computer had very little merit if any. The keyboard and touch pad were sticky and often data had to be retyped. It couldn't be registered because the model number and sub model number were not in the scroll down. I emailed them and was told to email all the info and scan the receipt and digitalize it. I couldn't do that because my scanner wouldn't work on this computer. I tried out the magnifier, didn't like it and then spent hours trying to delete it.
Summary: I just received the laptop and it is BROWN instead of Silver as it is stated on Amazon.com very clearly. I went through the reviews and guess what? I am not the only one who got the brown one instead of silver. Is it a joke of some sort or what? I needed to have it today and paid extra for a one day shipping to get it today. now I have to return and wait until I get my money back? This is not funny at all.
Summary: Very clearly in the product description on Amazon it states this unit is silver. Very clearly on the retail packaging it reads "brown hairline pattern." Opening the box and removing the laptop confirmed the unit is brown. Where is the quality control? Now I'm out over $500 while I wait for a credit. Very lame, very sloppy.
Samsung Customer Service is Horrendous - cautionary tale

Summary: Don't bother with a Samsung laptop of any kind. My brand new 1100 dollar machine required their attention and it took them 3 WEEKS to send me a mailing label (hello? Email?). Moreover I am extraordinarily disappointed that my 3 month old machine now has to be refurbished. That's not what I paid 1100 bucks for. Do they care? Are they trying to appease me? Nope. Samsung, once they get your money, could care less about your satisfaction.
