Summary: Like the speed --internet access is great--of course, the boot time is fast. The mouse is a pain to us--have external connected--but can;t disable the touchpad and it will "do its thing" sometimes because I brush it during typing--very annoying !!
Summary: It looks sleek, and feels solid. I've had very few problems with the machine; I rarely have even the slightest hassle, which is a real breath of fresh air, compared to previous laptops. I am, however, seriously annoyed with the battery life. Many companies are starting to advertise semi-reality based battery lives. Unfortunately, Samsung has not joined this bandwagon, and the battery life advertised, in no way reflects anything close to what you'll actually experience.
Pros: Built-in speakers, Bright display, Inexpensive, Durable, fit and finish
Summary: Good size laptop for work. But has issues with Windows 7 and IE9 that I need help figuring out. I keep getting kicked out of Citrix and it is causing me big delays. Almost worth going back to my old laptop at this point.
Summary: The mouse on this laptop is VERY annoying! First it sticks, and then it runs around on it's own like crazy! There's a setting to change the 8 different things the mouse does. That's the problem...this mouse thinks it knows too much and doesn't want to always do what what you tell it to do. Other than that this is a REALLY nice laptop. Hope it helps to prevent someone for getting highly frustrated with the mouse.
Great value for the price but beware of one thing...

Summary: There are many great aspects about the QX410-J01 that I couldn't ignore. So many that I made the purchase on one and was hoping for a second for my wife shortly thereafter. I spent hours reading reviews for this laptop and one major negative factor caught my eye. Hoping the taskbar flicker/glitch issue was a fluke for only a small percentage of the QX410-J01, I purchased the laptop in good faith that Samsung wouldn't sell a laptop with such a major issue.
