SungSu HONG, Amazon
10 January 2014
  • Summary: Amazon, I believe that it is not a your policy to defraud your "valued customer". You should be more careful when you send item to your customer. I am very disappointed. I ordered New samsung ATIV Book 9 at the price of about $1700, but what I received is a used one. How did I know that is used one?

Just another piece of Junk!

MBT "Moncef", Amazon

  • Summary: Just a piece of junk! The keyboard is ultra sensitive that made my typing experience a nightmare; Samsung has no fixes for this systematic problem. The hard drive is small, it is rated for 100 Gb but its real capacity is in the low 90 Gb.

I've wasted so much time and money buying this awful piece of junk. I have sent it in TWICE for repairs and every time it comes back, the SAME problem is still there!

Defective - Twice!

bluesodamx, Amazon
13 September 2013
  • Summary: Yes, the laptop is beautiful, sleek, light (for a 15-inch) - as far as appearance goes, I cannot be happier. However, the first Samsung Series 9 I bought through Amazon was defective that I had to get a refund.
