Summary: Samsung is still trying to get to the big's! Though: this is a very nice notebook, there is still however quite a few flaws. with it's abilities, Seems to be another one of those products that's really not compatible with all of the memory on the market today.
Summary: This was my first high-ish end computer I've owned, and it is a treat. It has great specs with an incredible battery life which is perfect for my primary usage (university work), only catch was the slow hard drive which was promptly replaced with a SSD to increase speed and increase its battery life further. While doing that I switched the internet card for another one which supported AC card as well and the laptop is now truly flying.
Summary: The build quality and the features are great but this laptop has some issues. First of all, I noticed there was screen burns. It became annoying and I might contact Samsung because I have a limited warranty still. Second, the hard drive is visible to be slow. Its using SATA 2 while there is SATA 3. There is other laptops that can be better than this for a cheaper value, the issues doesn't annoy me too much but I just want to get this fixed.
Summary: Pros :Ok I've had this computer for over 3 months. Overall a great everyday computer, amazing touch screen, great battery life and the keyboard is alright ( the back lit keyboard makes it hard to see keys sometimes thanks to the keyboard being silver). Now I bought this computer for mostly school work and some light gaming. It can handle most games on high setting without a problem ,very fast processor and dual graphic cards help.
Summary: Seller did a great job of describing the computer and basically came to me in like new condition in a timely manner. Quality is amazing and at a great price considering the condition. I upgraded to samsung ssd when I receive it and it is now the perfect laptop!
Summary: The laptop was delivered with a malfunctioning touchscreen -- static lines flicker through the screen, which is very disruptive. If connected to external monitors, the touchscreen triggers actions on the screen if the laptop lid is closed, such as random clicks, swapping screens, etc. Samsung customer service hung up on me twice, and has not been helpful at all in getting the problem resolved. Do not recommend purchasing a Samsung laptop!
Summary: This is the best laptop I have had. User friendly, fast seamless troubleshooting. Reliable, intelligent in the reports and messages for maintenance. I work as a translator and graphic arts, so I use a lot of heavy software, no problem with memory and software management. Reliable and elegant, excellent combination in a product.
